LGBTQIA+ Pride Month is dedicated to celebrating and commemorating the pride community. It began back in 1970 and spread to multiple countries around the world since. The CarmichaelUK staff get involved in various activities throughout the year, some of which includes Rainbow laces walk which is carried out in all offices and attending pride events, attending the pride march and changing the company logo to the pride flag to show support.
The team goes out for rainbow laces walk throughout the year led by our LGBTQIA+ champions, we aim to give everyone a refresher on LGBTQIA+ community and create a more inclusive workplace where everyone feels comfortable and respected.
This year the team is attending the oxford pride! We are excited to show our support to the community and create a more diverse work environment.
