Under regulation 13A of the Conduct Regulations 2003, all employment agencies are now legally required to provide each worker with a key information document (known as a KID) prior to agreeing contractual terms. 

 

The KID helps the worker to ensure that they have all the necessary information to hand before deciding whether or not to enter into a contract.  This page sets out the possible options, which you should discuss in more detail with your CarmichaelUK recruitment consultant. 

 

As it is to be provided before the parties agree terms, the KID is not intended to be fully representative of the final contractual terms that the worker may ultimately agree with CarmichaelUK.   It is intended to provide each worker with a clear overview of some important aspects of their proposed engagement.  In particular it provides a worked example to show how pay may be affected by fees and deductions made throughout the supply chain.
