Pride Month is an annual celebration to honour the 1969 Stonewall Riots and works to achieve equal justice and equal opportunity for the LGBTQ+ community.

We asked our Stonewall Champions what its like in the industry at present for the LGBTQ+ Community, what its like at CarmichaelUK for the LGBTQ+ Community and how we can do better to support the community; here's what our Stonewall Champions had to say:
"As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I feel proud to work at CarmichaelUK.
I have been welcomed to the team with open arms and there has been zero prejudice regarding my sexuality. Its refreshing to work for a company that has dedicated Stonewall advocates that you can talk to, should you want or need to.
Many members of the LGBTQ+ community may feel uncomfortable talking openly about their sexuality or gender, but by having Stonewall ambassadors, CarmichaelUK has given a platform to the community to use.
