CarmichaelUK Accounts Director, Jennie Gallagher, and Marketing Executive, Mirren Dougan, attended Didcot Sixth Forms careers speed dating event alongside other local employers to discuss the employability equation:

In 5 minute sessions, Jennie covered a number of different positions on site, the qualifications required alongside how to obtain work experience and the skills required to work on a Civil Engineering project.
In the meantime, Mirren discussed her journey with CarmichaelUK as an apprentice, covering the entire process from the application process to completing her qualifications.
