CarmichaelUK attends the Skill up Bucks Wellbeing for Work Fair

Operations Director Warren Kingham attended the Well-being work event at the New University in High Wycombe this week.

The event aimed to connect individuals with local employers and services to develop skills and abilities to help enhance Buckinghamshire as a workplace.

At CarmichaelUK, we are dedicated to upskilling our workers where possible, giving them a chance to learn and progress further.

Our SHEQ Consultant, Johan Mornet, focuses on Upskilling, training and delivering toolbox talks on-site for individuals further development.

We are also working in partnership with Skill Up Bucks and EKFB to provide development opportunities. CarmichaelUK has supplied 4 Groundworker Apprentices to EKFB which allows candidates to get both practical and theory training and play a hands-on role while gaining transferable skills which are highly desired in the construction industry and gaining nationally recognized qualifications.
