Agent - Piling/Ground Solutions
North London
Permanent: £30k + (plus package)

Our client, a major UK main contractor, requires an agent for a major infrastructure project based in North London. The candidate requires relevant experience in piling, retaining walls and other ground solutions.

Requirements/Responsibilities:
*Good understanding of current H & S legislation and Incident Reporting.
*Able to build a project team to get the job done.
*Understands organisational business management systems and processes.
*Confident programming projects, managing and allocation of resources to achieve milestones.
*Confident with commercial aspects of running projects including forecasting, running to budget, managing cost vs value and contractual issues.
*Ability to set and monitor targets and KPIs with regards to project and sub-contractor outputs.
*Comfortable managing procurement of sub-contractors and materials.
*Competent managing project risk and producing relevant schedules and reviews.

To fill this position you must have relevant experience at the required level combined with a drive to succeed, confidence and ability to push a project along.
