CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR - HEALTH
LONDON
UP TO £36K DOE + PACKAGE INCLUDING CAR AND SHARE OPTIONS

Our client is one Europe's leading Civil and Construction organisations who are major players in the Civil, Construction, Utilities and Facilities Management sectors with many recognised major projects to their name.

We are now looking to recruit a Construction Supervisor with experience of major construction projects within the health sector. Ideally you will have been recently involved in the construction or redevelopment of Hospitals within the UK.

Reporting to and supporting the Construction Manager the project manager you will be responsible for but not limited to;

Be a key figure at Company meetings
Supervise of site works to include subcontractors and packages and trade contractors.
Work within the agreed programme and project specs to ensure timely delivery of allocated work areas.
Ensure all works are being carried out to the agreed method statements and statutory regulations that are in line with the company's QA procedure
To provide continuous feedback to Construction / Project Managers on any defects or defaults found and provide ideas and solutions to rectify the issues
Receive and inspect material deliveries to site as and when they arrive

Qualifications and Skills

Ideally you will be HNC qualified as a minimum
Member of a professional institution
Experienced in working on major construction sites within the Health Sector
