Transport Engineer

A skilled project engineer is required to join a busy public sector highways and transportation department

In this role you will provide input and solutions as part of a team working on transportation assessments, strategic transport plans and traffic engineering management projects.

Requirements:

• University Degree or Masters qualified in Civil Engineering having studied traffic / transport or an equivalent qualification
• Solid practical traffic and transportation experience
• Proficient in the use of transportation software (including ARCADY, PICADY, OSCADY, TRANSYT, VISSIM, PARAMICS and SATURN)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of producing technical reports for a variety of audiences
