Olympics Foreman

One of our Main Contractors are looking for a Foreman to take on board for Olympics related work in East London. They have a number of projects on the go involving general civils, rail, earthworks, ground works, structures and roading. 

They are looking for a permanent Site Foreman to take a key role in the day to day management of the project dealing with day to day construction and resource issues on site, ensuring works are carried out safely and in accordance with technical requirements. The site foreman will be responsible for supervision of labour on site and management of resources, organising plant requirements.

The suitable candidate will

• be an experienced Section Foreman or General Foreman with a heavy civils background
• have a good attitude with proven leadership qualities
• have a good understanding of competency for production works undertaken by others
• have a proven technical knowledge on pland and resources and excellent communication and people skills.

A salary of between £35-40k + Package dependent on experience will be offered to the successful candidate. Package will include health insurance, phone, car + bonus, plus 25 days annual leave. The role will also give the successful applicant a chance to be part of construction history in the making with a fantastic opportunity to progress through extensive training and experiences.
