Our client is working on a large structures based project in North London. The job involves civils work, with RC concrete, pre cast steel, piling and finishing works.
Your responsibilities will include the managing and development of the production staff, management of plant and resources, together with the management of construction activities.
The successful candidate will bring to the role;
- Application of knowledge and experience gained in a heavy civil environment
- A practical minded hands-on approach coupled with a history of delivering successful large scale civil projects
- A good attitude with proven leadership qualities
- Have a proven technical knowledge ability on plant and resources and excellent communication and people skills
- Managing Sub-contractors and suppliers on site
- Good understanding of competency for production works undertaken by others
A good time to get in with an established civils firm, with ongoing London based and Olympic work flowing on from this job.
