Scope of works
My client is a multi sector company that provides services in the design, construction and maintenance of roads and infrastructure.
Suitable candidates should be able to manage 3-4 projects at any given time providing a consistent and quality service to the client. To deliver projects to time and budget in line with the clients specifications. To work independently, reporting directly to a Contract Manager and overseeing 30-40 individuals including sub-contract labour.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Writing and implication of Health and Safety procedures
- Writing and monitoring work programmes.
- Managing contract budgets
- Liaising with the client and designers
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- A commitment to quality
