Based in Taupo, New Zealand, you as the Construction Manager you will have full responsibility for tendering, financial reporting and operational management of construction projects within the Taupo area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing staff
- Customer relationships
- Financial reporting
- Project planning and implementation
- Management of resources
- Acquisition and management of contracts
A wide range of construction activities are undertaken by the Taupo region, from Boat ramp upgrades, landfill construction, local authority and State Highway rehabilitations & new alignment projects. Works often include earthworks, drainage, concrete structures, pavement construction and bituminous surfacing as a minimum.
