Our client is currently recruiting for a Highways Technician to work on tasks including:
- Assisting in the creation of design drawings for all aspects of the highways design
- Undertaking aspects of scheme design from start through to completion
- Providing support to the construction team
- Delivering to programme and budget
- Communicating with clients, contractors and other external third parties
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficient in relevant software, such as AutoCAD and Microstation Version
- A clear understanding of highway design principles
- Experience in the design of highways or infrastructure schemes
