A highly regarded Australian contractor is currently recruiting for a Foreman to achieve optimum production and cost outcomes through the effective utilisation of plant, direct labour and subcontractors in a healthy and safe work environment.
Duties will include:
- Developing and delivering against a project plan
- Continuously overseeing work, analysing production methods and production performance
- Planning and scheduling work to meet required timelines and outputs through prioritising activities
- Ensuring productive internal and external relationships are maintained
- Developing alignment between team capability and function's business objectives
- Continuosly seeking methods to improve and streamline operations
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification
- Experience within a similar position
