One of Australia's leading contractors is looking for an experienced Project Director to deliver profitable projects to time, cost, quality and compliance dimensions. The role demands a strong focus on leadership to achieve required outcomes of the work group and the promotion of high performance standards.
Duties include:
- Delivering projects to achieve client and corportate objectives, including ensuring contractural obligations are identified and understood
- Building and maintaining productive internal and external relationships to facilitate the delivery of the project
- Leading and developing an effective and productive team, including identifying resource and skill gaps and developing strategies to bridge gaps
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of forecasts and cost reports
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent
- Senior level management experience in the construction industry
- Extensive experience in positions which provide technical know how for results in a similar size business
