Major Australian contractor seeks Project Engineer to lead, plan, organise and control the technical aspects of the projects including the development, implementation and control of project plans.
Duties will include:
- Managing/developing an effective team, including managing the work performance of self and direct reports
- Contributing to the delivery of projects on time and within budget
- Organising, designing and implementing temporary works and infrastructure, as required
- Ensuring the satisfactory implementation of the project management system, including establishing regular reports on technical systems and productivity performances
- Providing responsive engineering services to relevant stakeholders, including maintaining productive relationships within the project team, client representatives, sub contractors, foremen and consultants
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering/building or equivalent
- Relevant construction experience
