Be part of a team involved in the construction and relocation of utilities for an innovative and challenging transportation project in central London.

Company

A top tier construction company who is renowned for undertaking technically challenging and interesting civil projects is seeking a dedicated proven professional to join their expanding team as a sub-agent. The company provides a range of Construction services through out the Civils sector across the UK and work amongst large scale and dynamic environments.

Main Duties

*Liaising with the client (TFL), design teams, stakeholders, sub-contactors and the general public.
*Planning of works and managing approvals process
*Accountability for program and re-sourcing on site
*Work closely with the Commercial and Senior Operational team
*Management of construction activities on site

Requirements

The successful candidate will bring to the role;
*Previous demonstrated experience in working within a team delivering high profile projects on time and under budget.
*A solutions-orientated attitude with a desire to be a leader.
*Previous demonstrated experience in dealing with large scale utility diversions and a good technical knowledge of processes and specifications.
