CRE Comms

This high profile station development in east London requires a Contractors Responsible Engineer for their comms installation package.

The project itself involves the installation of comms networks for one of central London's main rail/ underground interfaces, including CCTV, PA, Customer Information screens etc. The CRE will manage the interface between the client, (Network Rail) the main contractor and various installation subcontractors. The role requires someone with previous Network Rail CRE experience/ approval, with a strong emphasis on comms systems and network interfaces.

Requirements -
* You must have a civil qualification to support your competency in the role be it ONC, HNC, HND or degree background.
* Previous CRE/ network rail experience is a must
* Proven experience with delivering the following types of systems packages in a civils/ rail environment:
 BMS, CCTV, PA, VA, CIS
* A practical minded hands-on approach coupled with a history of delivering successful large scale comms and systems packages
* Have a proven technical knowledge, excellent communication and people skills
* Design and construction knowledge, Cost awareness

The role is on a long term project, and a competitive market rate will be offered to the successful applicant.
