They are looking at taking on a permanent Sub Agent to run the civils package on the job, involving RC, drainage, earthworks, roading and infrastructure.

Main Duties will include:
 Construction Management
 Accountability for program and re-sourcing on site
 Work closely with the Commercial and Senior Operational team
 Liaising with the client and design teams
 Management of subcontractors
 Maintaining health and safety standards
 Preparation of relevant site paper work, progress reports for client and Project manager

The successful candidate will bring to the role;
 Previous demonstrated experience in working within a team on heavy civils projects
 A good knowledge of all technical specifications involved in civils, infrastructure
An excellent opportunity to work on a long-term project from the outset.
Would suit a sub agent based in the north west.
