Specialist Contractor seeking Package Manager in Central London Location to coordinate, supervise and manage construction teams working on a range of high profile public and commercial works.
Contractor specialises in new-build stone flooring, cladding, urban restoration and conservation for major retail developments, large commercial premises, public buildings and heritage restorations.

A good grounding in building and concrete/stone is essential as tasks include:

- Managing specialist workforce
- Answering technical queries
- Monitoring job progress and cost
