Our policy is to insist that as soon as a direct employee or subcontractor starts with us, they either have a
CSCS card currently, or we register them with the CITB and fast track their application.
This involves the co-ordination of the test revision materials, booking health and safety tests and applying
for the cards.
CarmichaelUK is dedicated to this scheme and therefore pay for the test and card for both employees and
