with candidates from our many retained staff. Our database contains freelance candidates varying from chainmen
through to site managers, and we aim to fill each job with the right person.
At CarmichaelUK we recognise that some elements of the freelance/contract culture can be an area of discord.
There are freelancers in the market who take on assignments for all the wrong reasons and regularly leave before
completion. Equally we hear of clients that treat freelancers as a commodity such as plant hire.
